Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the ACT website, member portal, employer services, paid programs, public materials, and related online services.

Effective date: June 4, 2026

1. Operator

ACT is operated by Aerospace Career Transformation Bootcamp, LLC. References to "ACT," "we," "us," or "our" mean Aerospace Career Transformation Bootcamp, LLC and its ACT-related initiatives, websites, communities, platforms, programs, projects, and services.

2. Educational And Developmental Nature

ACT is an online engineering development and collaboration environment. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, participation is educational, developmental, community-based, and voluntary. ACT does not guarantee employment, internships, interviews, admissions, compensation, investment, promotion, certification, academic credit, or any specific career outcome.

3. Eligibility And Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for maintaining control of any account, member profile, email address, form submission, or portal credential used to access ACT services. You agree not to impersonate others, misrepresent qualifications, interfere with ACT systems, or use ACT services for unlawful, abusive, or disruptive activity.

4. Community Standards

ACT may remove, restrict, or refuse access to any person who violates professional standards, disrupts operations, misuses private information, harasses others, attempts to bypass access controls, shares confidential materials, or otherwise acts against the integrity of the organization.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to attack, scan, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, bypass authentication, share credentials, impersonate others, harvest member information, upload malware, post unlawful content, submit confidential third-party materials without authorization, or interfere with ACT websites, communities, systems, members, service providers, or operations.

6. Access And Participation

Any access path, scholarship path, leadership title, cohort placement, deadline, review condition, or participation condition is valid only when stated in writing by ACT or presented through an official ACT communication. Private access details may not be shared unless ACT authorizes it.

7. Paid Programs, Employer Services, And Billing

ACT may offer paid programs and services, including the 90-Day Bootcamp, ACT Elite mentorship, employer partner memberships, and job postings. Prices, billing frequency, and checkout terms are shown on the website or at checkout before purchase.

Payments are processed through Stripe. By starting checkout, you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms and privacy practices for payment processing. ACT may review paid orders before granting access, posting listings, or activating employer features.

Unless ACT states otherwise in writing for a specific offer, paid access is not guaranteed to produce employment, interviews, placements, revenue, or other outcomes. Billing questions, payment issues, and access disputes should be sent to support@jointheact.com with the email used at checkout and, if available, the Stripe receipt or session reference.

8. Content, Submissions, And Project Work

You are responsible for content you submit, including posts, messages, assignments, documents, videos, images, designs, code, research, comments, and project materials. By submitting content to ACT systems, you give ACT permission to host, review, display, process, store, and use that content for operating, evaluating, documenting, improving, and promoting ACT, subject to applicable privacy commitments and any separate written agreement.

Confidential project work, technical work, inventions, proprietary materials, and internal collaboration may be governed by a separate confidentiality, intellectual property, contributor, or participation agreement. If a separate agreement applies, that agreement controls for those materials.

9. File Uploads And External Links

You are responsible for ensuring that files, links, images, videos, documents, code, and other materials you submit are lawful, safe, accurate, and authorized for ACT use. ACT may remove or restrict materials that appear unsafe, unauthorized, irrelevant, harmful, infringing, confidential, or operationally disruptive.

10. Intellectual Property

The ACT name, website, design, branding, operating systems, processes, documentation, prompts, curriculum structure, automation systems, public materials, private materials, and project resources are owned by ACT or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, commercialize, scrape, reverse engineer, or reuse ACT materials outside ACT without written permission.

11. Third-Party Services

ACT may use third-party services including Stripe, Vercel, Discord, Google, Calendly, LinkedIn, social media platforms, analytics tools, hosting providers, database providers, file storage providers, and communication services. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms and privacy policies.

12. Account Security

You are responsible for protecting your ACT credentials, email account, Discord account, device, and any third-party accounts connected to ACT work. Notify ACT promptly through an official support path if you believe your access has been compromised or used without authorization.

13. No Professional Advice

ACT may provide engineering, career, leadership, business, outreach, and operational guidance. This information is for educational and developmental purposes and should not be treated as legal, financial, tax, immigration, mental health, safety-critical engineering, or professional licensing advice.

14. Disclaimers And Limitation Of Liability

ACT services are provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACT disclaims warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific outcomes, commercial success, employment results, or suitability for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACT is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-opportunity damages arising from use of ACT services.

15. Suspension, Removal, And Enforcement

ACT may suspend, remove, limit, archive, refuse, or modify access where ACT believes it is necessary to protect members, systems, standards, confidential information, intellectual property, operational integrity, or legal compliance.
