Privacy Policy
This policy explains how ACT collects, uses, stores, and protects information across the public website, member portal, employer services, payment checkout, forms, and related online systems.
Effective date: June 4, 2026
1. Operator
ACT is operated by Aerospace Career Transformation Bootcamp, LLC. References to "ACT," "we," "us," or "our" mean Aerospace Career Transformation Bootcamp, LLC and its ACT-related initiatives, websites, communities, platforms, programs, projects, and services.
2. Information We Collect
ACT may collect information you provide directly, including name, email address, ACT username, LinkedIn URL, profile information, assignment submissions, messages, support requests, form responses, project materials, files, images, videos, review decisions, employer or recruiter inquiries, job posting materials, and other information you choose to share.
When you purchase a paid program, employer service, or other ACT offering, payment is processed by Stripe. ACT receives checkout and billing metadata such as product purchased, payment status, customer email, transaction identifiers, and subscription or billing interval. ACT does not receive or store full payment card numbers through its own systems.
ACT may also collect operational information from the member portal, Discord, and other ACT systems, including role status, activity metadata, submission records, review decisions, support-ticket metadata, onboarding status, portal account activity, session identifiers, device and browser metadata, authentication events, analytics events, and security logs.
3. Information We Do Not Want
Do not submit Social Security numbers, government identity numbers, banking credentials, private medical information, private family information, export-controlled technical data, classified information, employer-confidential materials, or third-party proprietary information unless ACT has specifically requested it through an approved written process.
4. How We Use Information
ACT uses information to operate the organization, manage onboarding, run cohorts, verify participation, track submissions, provide support, review performance, assign access, process and verify payments, fulfill paid programs, review employer and job-posting requests, send official communications, improve systems, maintain security, document outcomes, and operate the ACT website and portal.
5. Public And Community Activity
Some ACT activity may be visible inside Discord, on public social media, on LinkedIn, or through public ACT updates. You should not submit private, sensitive, confidential, or third-party information unless ACT specifically requests it through an approved channel.
6. Files, Submissions, And Project Materials
Files, links, documents, videos, images, messages, and project materials submitted to ACT systems may be reviewed by authorized ACT staff, stored in ACT systems or service-provider systems, associated with your member record, and used to operate assignments, reviews, support, project collaboration, quality control, and platform operations.
7. Service Providers
ACT may use service providers for hosting, databases, analytics, forms, email, payments, file storage, scheduling, security, community operations, and automation. Current categories of providers may include Stripe for payment processing, Vercel for hosting and site analytics, Discord for community operations, Google and Calendly for scheduling and forms, LinkedIn for public presence, and database or blob storage providers used to operate the portal and member records.
These providers may process information only as needed to support ACT operations and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
8. Cookies And Similar Technologies
ACT may use cookies, session storage, and similar technologies to keep portal sessions active, remember preferences, support checkout flows, measure site usage, and protect against abuse. You can limit cookies through browser settings, but some portal features may not work correctly if required session cookies are disabled.
9. Sharing
ACT may share information with staff, leadership, reviewers, service providers, legal or compliance advisors, or other parties when needed to operate ACT, protect rights and safety, enforce standards, comply with law, or complete authorized workflows. ACT does not sell personal information as a business model.
10. Retention And Deletion
ACT retains information for as long as needed to operate programs, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, support analytics, meet legal obligations, preserve operational history, prevent abuse, and maintain security. Some operational and third-party records may follow the retention rules of those platforms.
Deletion requests may be limited where information is needed for legal, security, audit, dispute, safety, compliance, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons, or where deleting information would impair ACT's ability to maintain accurate records.
11. Security
ACT uses reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, credential-based access, operational logging, least-necessary access practices, and review of sensitive workflows. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, and participants are responsible for protecting their own accounts, passwords, member accounts, email accounts, and devices.
12. Your Choices
You may contact ACT through official support channels to request correction, access, or deletion of information where appropriate. Some information may need to be retained for security, legal, audit, dispute, or operational reasons.
13. Age And Minors
ACT is not intended for children under 13. If a participant is under the age of majority in their location, they should participate only with appropriate parent or guardian permission where required.
14. International Users
ACT operates online and may process information in the United States or other locations where service providers operate. By using ACT services, you understand that information may be processed outside your country or region.
15. Updates
ACT may update this Privacy Policy as systems, services, laws, or operations evolve. Updated policies will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
